Event Description:
The Greater Chicopee Chamber European Cafe and Open House presented by Westfield Bank on August 16, 2018!
Thursday 4:30pm - 7pm
For over a generation, the Greater Chicopee Chamber of Commerce has established the Summer Sizzle as a fun event to begin the summer and after much deliberation it was decided to put a little spin of the local culture into it. The new flare has become the European Cafe and Open House! This new event has been organized by the Business After Hours Committee and has been filled with culture, food, entertainment, and fun!
Local Chicopee restaurants have decided to participate in the event, to showcase some of the area's favorite flavors of the European Countries including: Portugal, Poland, Italy, and Germany! A cash bar offering great beer and wine for your enjoyment will also be available that evening. We will also be offering a tasting of Everest Vodka!
Our neighboring businesses: Herbarium, TrueHeart Wellness, LemonGrass Fitness, MaryKay Cosmetics, Jess Miller Comedy & the local Chicopee Police Substation were invited to remain open to showcase their offerings. We invite you to peruse their spaces during the open house. We also ask that you say hello to the local artists that showcase beautiful works of art here in our chamber offices, as they will be on hand to tell you of their inspirations!
And finally, the chamber's back patio will be lit up like a European Cafe for you to mix and mingle, enjoy the foods of our local restaurants, and sit back and listen to the entertainment provided for your pleasure!
