Kara Blanchard is the Director of Career & Workforce Development for the Chicopee Public Schools and serves as a Director on the Greater Chicopee Chamber of Commerce board. Key partnerships such as the Chicopee Chamber, Regional Employment Board, the Department of Elementary & Secondary Education’s Connecting Activities.  Holyoke Community College help build a pool of candidates that exemplify what employers are looking for:  candidates equipped with the skills, knowledge, and experience to be successful in the 21^st century workplace.
