Job Description
Western Mass Office Furniture Dealer seeks a reliable Administrative Assistant.

Candidates must be fluent in Word & Excel. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with clients, vendors and staff. Strong writing skills and ability to multitask required. Position is full time.

Tasks may include, but may not be limited to:
Answering phones
Maintaining files
Processing/receiving incoming vendor orders
Order Entry
Basic accounting a plus (invoicing, costing, processing deposits, etc.)
Collection calls
Process/track credit card purchases
Interact with walk-in customers
Willingness to learn
Draft quotes/proposals
