AIRPORT MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS
 FULL AND PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position is primarily responsible for maintenance and general upkeep of the airport and facilities.
Additional duties include, working the flight line, providing fuel, oil, hangar and tie down storage, courtesy car
transportation, luggage handling and interior and exterior cleaning services to customers and other departments.
Shifts include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Eligible applicants must have a flexible schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Drives and services fuel trucks and ground support vehicles, and services aircraft and ground support vehicles
with fuel, oil and all other supplies and materials which may be required by the aircraft or vehicle; responsible
for operating and filling of fuel trucks; cleaning, servicing, operating, and performing minor maintenance to this
equipment.
2. Parks, tows and stores aircraft; directs the movement of aircraft, vehicle traffic, in and around the ramp, shops,
hangars, and other company facilities; properly secures all parked aircraft at all times.
3. Assists all aircraft crews and passengers by courteously providing the services they may require, including cargo
and baggage handling.
4. Washes, polishes, wax and clean the interior and exterior of customer or corporate aircraft.
5. Washes and cleans mobile equipment, runs local errands, and transports people as required both on and off the
airport.
6. Polices ramp areas in and about hangars, lounge areas, shops and auto parking areas of the company.
7. Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the areas in and about the company's facilities including hangar
floors, shops, maintenance areas, employee locker rooms, lavatories, and performs trash removal as required.
8. Assists with snow removal as required.
9. Responsible for radio and telephone calls, insures that information is acted upon or relayed to the proper
department or individual.
10. Completes necessary receipts, fuel tickets, credit card, in-house accounts and records.
11. Receives and accounts for all sales transactions on the shift.
12. Handles all cash transactions in accordance with approved procedures.
13. Shift work includes evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
14. Performs passenger services for charter flight.
15. De-ice aircraft in accordance to specified standards.

16. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Airport Operations Technician (continued)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires strenuous lifting and pulling fuel hoses (75-80 lbs.), climbing and standing on step ladders while
connecting fueling hoses overhead and bending and stooping to manipulate hoses and connect aircraft tow bars.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
All candidates/employees hold and maintain a valid Driver’s Licenses, pass a 10-year criminal background check
including finger prints and monthly TSA background vetting.
PROPRIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
In this position you’re required to work in and around executive passengers, situations, offices where confidential
information is discussed and stored. The employee in this classification is trusted to maintain absolute confidence
about any documents observed or conversations overheard.
COMPENSATION:
This is an hourly position offering overtime opportunities. Compensation will be based on experience.
BENEFITS:
Pension Plan with 7.5% annual gross salary contributed by the Corporation and divided between a Qualified Individual
Money Purchase Plan (4.5%) and a Safe Harbor 401(K) (3.0%) Plan – eligible only after a full year of service and working
1,000 hours in a calendar year.

paying 25% of premium)
